The scheduling team will arrange for a screening call if you are suited for the role. There were two levels of interviews. Initial with the business manager and team lead. Round two is with the HR and Financial controller.

You have to understand the role well and ask any questions you have. Always have a few questions ready.
Research the company thoroughly to know what they do and how you fit within the structure.
