Applied online and was contacted by email inviting me to a phone interview. Phone interview consisted of questions asking what I know about the company and why I want to work there as well as a few competency questions (Best advice I have received and how I have used it). Progressed to the next stage which was an assessment day that consisted of a one on one interview, a presentation and a group exercise on a case study and see how you interact and contribute to the group's final decision. Overall the day took about 7 hours and everyone there was friendly. Seems like a good place to work.
