Was contacted by the HR Team of Dunnhumby for this role.
Next was a resume shortlisting round.
After getting shortlisted, I had a telephonic round with someone from the team where the questions revolved around statistics.
The main red flags : Almost zero questions were asked from my past experience(NLP), no questions related to implementing research papers, nothing related to Computer Vision or Natural Language Processing, just regression techniques that I didn't even feel like answering. No discussion on good model building practices ( Cross Validation Techniques ), Hyperparameter Tuning Practices, Model Deployment Techniques, nothing!
Ultimately it was not a good fit as it didn't look like an R&D Role to me.

Overall 3 rounds of interview involving two technical and one behavioural + case study round. First two rounds were with the team leads and the final round was with the hiring manager.

Basic Array and SQL questions like leetcode easy and medium.
Questions on ML/DL topics particularly Ensembling algos, KNNs, Transformers and basic GenAI terminologies and methods

Interview
It was the first stage, I spoke with a person from HR. She was polite but the interview lasted 5 minutes because I was immediately rejected for having a graduate Visa. I have a Visa for the next 3 years and then I will become settled. I do not think that you can claim to be an inclusive company when you reject non-British people. Such a pity because I was excited for the opportunity and it seems like an interesting company!
