I guess what some people have mentioned previously about the recruitment process is true unfortunately. I initially applied via indeed and was contacted by HR the following day to set up a meeting for an initial screen call. The day the call was to take place I received an email stating that the HR person would be out of the office and the cord needs to be rescheduled. Looking back now I guess that should have been my initial red flag because if you already knew you were going to be out of the office then why didn't you tell me beforehand? Anyway I was able to reschedule and had the screen call which went okay and then was arranged for the initial interview, which I had to prepare a presentation for. Throughout this process there were a few additional questions I had and emailed the HR person about these, but received no response. After the interview I also asked some follow-up questions which were ignored as well. It's been two weeks since my interview, so I'm assuming now that I haven't got the job and again, I'm very disappointed and much like other how other people have expressed, a company this size and of this calibre should have a much more professional HR process, to not only answer candidate questions but to at least let someone know whether they will move to the next stage or there is no offer. I guess ghosting is the new 'professional' way that HR handles the recruitment process.
