Poor communication and disregard for people’s time. Reached the third interview stage, during this process the communication was excellent and decently paced however after the last round completely ghosted. Emailed over a period of four weeks for feedback (as this was promised regardless of outcome) also called a couple of times to no response. No regard shown to the time people take to apply and prepare for these interviews, not a problem to not be the right fit for a job but must do better by potential candidates.
