The Talent Acquisition Manager responded to your review. I wouldn't trust a word he says because when I wrote a review for the "Developer" post, he responded by committing the appealing to ignorance fallacy. Moreover, he clearly has a motive for saying unprovable things, given that he wants the company to grow and earn money. By contrast, us reviewers do not have such motifs when writing about companies. We are not trying to earn money or outperform any competitors, like Simplify are. I would strongly recommend not to go through an agency as they will give you a hard time, delay the process, send lots of candidates to the same interview to make the competition tougher, leech out a chunk of your salary if you get the job, delay giving unsuccessful applicants feedback, etc, etc. It is best to get the client the agency is working with and apply directly, without telling the damn agency you did this.
