Interview
I applied through job portal and sent resume on HR email. I got a call from HR. She scheduled my first round of interview. I had my first round with very senior BA almost, I cleared my first round. On the same day I got a call that I selected for second round. The second round was after one day, there were two guys one was VP and another one I do not know. They asked me few questions scenario based and then after some time he said they looking for someone for pre sales experience as well. This was not mentioned in JD they floated. Well can’t help that’s how the hiring process in our country.

Question 1
Scenarios based question and roles, responsibilities of BA.
There would be 2 rounds of interview and then the HR round. Once you get a call from HR, the interview would be scheduled very soon. 3rd round would be HR round.

Interview
The interview process had many rounds right from the resume based screening, aptitude tests, GD, case study round, technical and managerial interviews and HR interview as well. The process was indeed long but it was an amazing experience and a learning curve for me and Fortunately I got the Offer.
