I have been selected though profound training institute, they almost took test of 3000 students, among those 200 were called for Group Discussion , from that they selected almost 40-50 students, then there were technical round interviews, round 1, round 2 and round 3( conducted by CTO ,at least for our recruitment drive), In Round 1 they ask very basic questions related to programming language you mentioned in your resume, similarly for round 2 they ask related to your project and also some advance concepts if you belong to IT or CS branch and for round 3 altogether they check for your aptitude, skills, confidence, can expect some technical as well as HR questions also puzzle or things related to your project, they dont expect much from you,just be good in basics and know your resume and yourself well, They may also ask to write down code, just to check logic, they asked me to write armstrong, fibonacci, and to print no form 100-0 using recursion , questions on data structure program for linked list(not exactly). Thats all, this process took 3 days for me , some finished same day , for some took 2 days it depends upon how they manage, overall office is cozy, nice place to work, good people around, good location.
