One of best & tough interview process i ever heard is this Interview process. One important thing is there is no Analytical Rounds like Aptitude &Verbal in this Interview process.
If you a fresher then you will be interviewed for 2 days.
1st day- 2 Rounds.
2nd day- 2 Rounds.
Day1:
Round1:Written Test:
This Round is to Test your Basic understanding in c-Programming & Logical Reasoning.
Part 1: 25- Objective type Question's in c witch includes functions, pointers, loops, structures,etc..
part 2: 10- Puzzles 50% logical & few questions based on Electronics.
Round 2: c- Programming Test
In this Round based on your core - Domain more c-Program's will be asked.
Mostly to test your c-Program understanding & to explain the flow.
At least 4- 5 Questions. Mostly related to writing simple & Optimum program by using Pointers(Important),Recursion, File handling, Shifting Operators, etc... No Timing Restrictions you can take your time. At the end you have to explain your program to the interviewer.
Day 2:
Round 3: Programming & Puzzle Test 2
In this round Tough program's will be given to test your programming capability for a desired task within a particular Time Frame. They want you to explain your program clearly at every stage.
Based on your performance in programming they may ask any tough - puzzles.
Round 4:Final Round HR.
If you clear all the above 3 Rounds you are ready to be employed in e-con. Top level managers will come & discuss the pay scale & they may ask about your background.

Interview
It was a written test, containing aptitude topics and physics.I have been able to solve 3 questions out of 9 questions. The questions were easily understandable.do practice on real-world scenario questions.

And for Hardware a 15 McQ from Circuit detailed circuit theory

After 2nd round hardware circuit are provided and asked to solve

Asked about embedded c puzzle logic questions overall it's good.
First round is mixed with aptitude test, hardware questions, c/c++ questions then second round but more technical questions third round is hr.
Overall it's good and it took 3 weeks to process but they have longer probati ok n period to make you permanent employee
