Interview
The interview process at e-con systems is one of the most difficult interviews ranging from 1 day to even 3 days.
There are basically two roles in this embedded company namely software and hardware and the interview process goes according to the need.
For hardware it was three rounds.
Round 1: it was divided into two phases. 1st phase was a 1.15 hours circuit designing and objective type questions purely on electronics. 2nd phase was a 45 mins puzzle round.
Round 2: This is the most difficult round- Technical HR. It can last even for 3 days and the minimum time will not go below 3 hours at least. Once it is cracked, its a 95% chance of getting placed.
Round 3: HR. it was a bit both of personal as well as technical not exceeding 1/2 hr.
Once this is over the salary and other stuff will be discussed.

They ask about microprocessor, microcontroller and project explanation. What is capacitor, what is inductor, Draw and explain about nand gate. What is number system, octal to binary conversion. Self introduction, some circuit diagrams are given and also said to solve.

First stage was the written test. It contains general aptitude and electrical and electronics questions with two sets. One is MCQ and other one is theoretical. And ,then depends upon the performance the interview begins.
