Phone interview then in person. The sales manager will do all the talking. Just nod and agree with him. Say you love cold calling and making money. As long as you agree with their right wing politics management will love you. If you were recently fired from ADP you are a shoo in.

Interview process was simple. They had me do a phone interview with COO. He asked a few questions to be better get to know you as a candidate.
Second interview was in person which I met with the president of sales. He was a nice guy and very easy to talk with. Interview lasted about 45 minutes.
