Online application > one-way video interview > in-person assessment centre consisting of a group task & interviews. Interviews appeared to be focused evenly on behavioural questions & overall cultural fit. They were very responsive throughout the whole process.

There was an Assessment day with company presentation, breakfast, networking, group case and solo case and lunch

1. Phone Screening (not with a person, they will send a link and you have to record yourself). Basic Questions: What are the upcoming eCommerce trends...)?
2. Invitation to the eBay office. Group Task and presentation & 1 hour interview (Behavioral interview questions).
Everyone was super nice. We had lunch and breakfast together and they answered questions.
