I applied online. I interviewed at eBay (London, England) in Mar 2020
Interview
4 interviews - 1 with HR, 2nd with line manager, 3rd with a product manager and 4th with dev lead. If you don't pass one of them you won't move to the next stage. All questions are general to understand you as a person and they why you like to work.
Once you pass the interview with the line manager the process was very fast.
I've chased the HR contact for feedback over weeks but never got a reply to even say that I didn't make it. If they can't communicate basic things like that you imagine what it is like to work there.
Also, if you are after agile environment, it sounded like the London team has got a lot of dependencies that make it harder to be really agile
Interviewed with 2 rounds, then told role was being put on pause and they'd reach out. Never heard from them again after that. Quite frustrating. Don't even know if it went well or not
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
What would you do if a stakeholder just said a product "didn't work"
still in interview phase, was told 5 rounds (Product Sense, Case Study, Stakeholder, Engineering Manager, VP/Director). I will add another interview update review but still in the phase right now
First Round:
1. Questions about the product metrics
2. Current product experience
3. Design a product
The HR is not at all responsive; they do not provide feedback
I applied for the PM role, an interview happened for the PM role, but after many follow-ups, they sent the rejection mail for some other Analytics role, which I haven't not even applied for
