Excellent interview process. Interviewers were
long-timers at eBay. One of the interviewers left and came back to the company. That tells you bout the culture. Answered all the questions. Waiting on the offer.
The communication appeared unprofessional and unfocused, and it did not reflect the kind of environment where I would want to invest my time or expertise. the people there did not seem friendly
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at eBay (London, England) in Apr 2025
Interview
The interview process was fairly straightforward. Initial call with a recruiter, followed by an interview with the hiring manager and then 3 additional hour interviews with leadership. There was definitely some confusion between the interview scheduler and one or two of the interviewers. No crazy curveball questions. Took a few weeks to hear back on the final answer and I had to follow up quite a few times asking for the decision which was frustrating.
