First interview was screener. (20mins) Second in with hiring manager. (1 hour) 3rd-6th with team. (45 mins each) All interviews were virtual. Did not hear from them for 1 month after final interview.

Applied for job on eBay website. Forgot about it, then 3 weeks later an eBay bot requested an interview into their calendar. Then the following interview process happened. Interview 1: eBay Recruiter - 20 min (35 min realtime) Interview 2: Hiring Manager - 45 min (49 min realtime) Interview 3: Team Lead A Interview - 45 min (46 min realtime) Interview 4: Team Lead B Interview - 45 min (59 min realtime) Interview 5: Team Lead C Interview - 45 min (50 min realtime) Interview 6: Team Lead D Interview - 45 min (46 min realtime) Interview 7: Hiring Manager again - 45 min (46 min realtime) Everyone whom I met was capable, knowledgeable, nice, and I generally enjoyed process and everything moved very quickly in less than 2 weeks. For all of these interviews, I just accepted the time slots to be flexible because I really wanted to the job and I couldn't talk to a bot to reschedule. I sent "thank you" emails to each interviewer via the recruiter and always got response in less than 48 hours. I really thought I was their top candidate. Then, I got partially burned out during Interview 7, as I was told another interview could be with the VP. It's now been 2 weeks and no response from the recruiter even even with 2 follow-up emails. I assume they chose another candidate.
