The recruitment is a two step process. Firstly a screening call with an HR staff and secondly a physical interview with a customer service test and a 1 to 1 interview with 2 managers from customer service. The screening call takes approximatively 20 minutes and the face to face interview one hour. The final answer is sent few days later.
