The interview process starts with an initial call with a recruiter to discuss your background and expectations. After that, there are three coding rounds to assess problem-solving and technical skills. Following the coding rounds, there’s one behavioral interview to evaluate communication, teamwork, and decision-making abilities. Finally, there’s one system design interview, which, for some reason, is focused on backend system design, even if the role may not necessarily require it. The process is structured to test both technical and soft skills across different aspects of software engineering.
