There are 2 levels of interview. First was taken by HR and second one was by Manager. Where questions from manager is specific to work, process and knowledge of IB. Interview process was smooth.

Questions related to Investment Banking. Front Office work, margin calls, collateral management.
Good but reviews are makes confusion apart from office and everything is good while checking in social media I am surprised I can see negative comments is mostly higher management should take necessary actions to create friendly environment
