Contacted by eGain HRs after posting my CV in the UK job mkt. First telephonic round, sensible questions and then called for face to face interview. Interview went for 3 hours and was good experience.

It was all centred around software architecture. They gave one case study and asked me to write a technical archi for that, and represent it in front of business stake holders.
