I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at eHealth (Gold River, CA) in Mar 2015
Interview
General review of resume, normal questions, then a sales roleplay. You roleplay selling the interviewer a bike on the phone. It's pretty easy, they do most of their vetting before you get there. Most likely if you get the interview, you have the job.
