3) Video Call with Director of Program Management ( I was applying from out of state, so they had two of calls before calling onsite)

Question 1
Phone calls - mostly about why you want to work here? Why are you looking for new job? What you did at your current and past roles?how you fit in to companies culture? What is your leadership style.
Onsite: Design Question, Epics/Stories writing style for tech capabilities
Situational Questions ( Challenges, communication, tech depth, your tech specs writing skills, etc)
Problem solving skills ( how did you do XX in past, how you will rate your self for writing tech specs,
It was more like engaging conversations and not like typical interview. People are highly skilled and have backgrounds working in tech companies like google, apple, msft etc, I found people more down to earth rather than arrogant

there were 5 interviews with different teams, 30 minutes each.
They were very nice but also busy because of their high season and took a while to answer for next steps.
Never heard back from them.
