Interview
Multiple rounds of interviews, dealing with a recruiter, coordinator and team members. Process was 5 weeks including a week where the recruiter went on vacation and there was no follow up. Had great interviews that all went well then was told the team would get back after AEP. The wee after AEP recruiter is on vacation with no followup. The next week im reached out to on a thursday after the recruiter is back from vacation just to hear the position has been put on hold. No apology or real explanation from the recruiter. Just a “this happens sometimes with hiring at the end of the year”. Complete disregard for candidate time and true lack of respect.

Interview
Way too many interviews. Each department had their own interview. In total there were eight and no offer because they wanted someone who was an expert in three different areas.
