This was a few years ago, so take it with a grain of salt. Preferably a huge grain of salt sitting on the rim of a margarita, because you're going to need it. The process starts friendly enough. Outreach from a nice woman from HR, who does the screening interview. This is all done virtually. Then you have an interview with the owner and the same HR woman. The main thing you need to know is that they are counting on you to assume that the job itself has some basic provisions that other similar jobs have, and as such you won't ask questions about it. Namely money. Because this is not a sales job with a base plus commission. It's commission only. You will receive a salary, but this is a draw on commissions, so you will literally need to earn thousands of dollars in commissions before you can increase your paycheck by one penny. Later on I asked casually how long this typically takes. Oh, about a year, I was told. So, unless you have a lot of money saved up to cover your bills, you'll be starving for at least that long. I didn't stick around for a year so I have no idea if this is actually true. But it's pretty straightfoward. Two interviews, the second of which is the one where they try to sell you.
