Good interview process. Recruiter was neutral, would have been good to be upbeat. The recruiter was 20 min or so late calling, not a great sign of professionalism but it happens.

The interview process was very smooth and professional. The communication was good and it moved along promptly. The interview questions were relevant. When I asked for more information, it was delivered in a timely manner. The experience was pleasant.

A little bit of chaos - last minute meetings and changing of HR staff. The last HR person was on the ball and understood a lot more about real estate hiring.
