1st round - phone call with recruiter, very typical, non technical.
2nd round - ~1 hr long call with senior engineer. Reviewing my experience and what technologies I've worked with. Technical, but high level and not something to study for. More about the resume stuff.
3rd final round - ~4 hrs with several senior engineers and a product person, all 1-on-1. More in depth about my experience. Specific questions about common design patterns I've used, opinions on certain technologies etc. Not trying to trick me or make me fail.
Overall, the process was very fair. No leetcode riddles. It is a process designed to assess your experience with the tech they want you to work on, and your level of comfort/desire to learn new things and take on challenges. It is the way software engineers at this level should be assessed. A refreshing process. Everyone was very friendly and non combative.
