Nothing to do with concentration very broad and general strokes up until the panel interview then the questions were a bit deeper and focused. Panel interview consisted of 6+ executives all with 2 questions each pertaining to their field. After the panel, another interview was requested for a total of 4 meetings for a specialist role even though they labeled it as a manager with no direct reports.

Behavioral questions like what's the biggest achievement you've had so far? How do you spend your free time? etc. Technical questions, if you say you are good at Java, will be like whats the difference between ArrayList and HashMap? Why choose one over the other? etc
