Was given 5 essay type questions; could choose 3 to answer. In fairly informal and friendly face to face interview, was asked questions systematically. Also some simulation questions. What if you were ... Was asked to run through processes and steps I would take to do certain things. Questions on ethical behaviour were tough. They were good listeners.
