Pay was ambiguous.
I wasn't asked any questions other than on the application form. I also had to complete a sample transcript. This was probably the most difficult part, as I was not sure about their editing standards.
How'd you like to spend hours learning to use our proprietary system, studying our standards, and taking successive tests, just to have your application terminated with no explanation or recourse? Ok so they didn't actually ask that, but that's their crappy process.
