Three phone screens for the same position.
At the HR round, it was mostly about my background in retail and what did I do specifically for retail training. You've to share lots of examples as well of how you did certain things. They also checked in on salary expectations and notice period. At the hiring manager round, they asked more detailed questions about aspects of training and how you overcome challenges etc.
A lot of the questions were about the details of what I did in each role.
