Final Interview scheduled 3 months after intial contact with company in Eden Prairie - went all day 9 hours....the HR person told me the interview went well and wanted to phone me at home that evening to go over the benefits package from the company. They phoned me at 9pm that night and spent an hour going over annual bonuses from the company to employers in the form of company shares.....health care packages, vacation benefits etc...then wanted to know if I had any questions......at the end of the phone call they said they would need feedback from the team and then would get back to me........4 weeks later after multiple phone calls from HR explaining how there were manager travel delays and other disruptions to a final decision I was given a rejection call.
