All the questions very behavioral in nature. I.E. - tell me about a time when you were faced with a difficult situation when working on a team. What did you do to resolve the issues/situation?
Mostly about skills, knowledge and previous experiences, and then going deeper into details from there. Not too technical, however since it was a panel of 3 experienced engineers, I would highly suggest to keep the narrative in the subjects you are truly proficient in (as your resume might attest to) since at least one of the three interviewers is likely to be following up with plenty of questions .
