With an electrical engineer interview, expect to answer technical questions that will evaluate your problem-solving, project management, and communication skills. Expect the interviewer to ascertain you have the proper training to fulfill the job, such as a strong background in mathematics, physics, and electronics.
Mostly about skills, knowledge and previous experiences, and then going deeper into details from there. Not too technical, however since it was a panel of 3 experienced engineers, I would highly suggest to keep the narrative in the subjects you are truly proficient in (as your resume might attest to) since at least one of the three interviewers is likely to be following up with plenty of questions .
Previous experience in a difficult situation
They asked about previous experience and whether I work better with people or alone.
Give an example where you had to work with someone who wasn't working their fair share and how you went about it.

There were some technical questions about basic circuit components and then the basic "tell me a time when you had to solve a problem and what where the results" etc.
Draw out a block diagram for a phone.

They just went over my resume and asked about my spectrum analyzer experience.
A lot of behaviorial questions starting with "tell me abt a time when...", and then they asked me about my resume.
