Interview
one of the worst interview process i have ever seen.
1.aptitude -average
2. technical - average
3. group discussion - worst interview because before starting of the group discussion, interviewer told he will ask two or three questions to every one because he want to know everyone's core knowledge after that group discussion will start. when he asking individual question to each member suddenly he call one person and tell them to answer for the question if the person not told the answer then he call another person and ask them to tell the answer for the question if both of them not answered for the question he skipped the question , he didn't ask other person in the group discussion panel. he told he will ask individual question but not the give enough time to answer for the person and called the two person to tell the answer even though the two person told wrong answer he didn't tell any word to the two person and didn't look like individual question. After finishing the individual question waiting for to start the GD but he told the GD is over. we all are in shock. he selected two person whom he always call in GD interview even though they told wrong answer also. he wantedly dropped some person in the gd panel even though he/she told right answer for all the question ,finally its look like they already selected the student before conducting the GD round
