The interview took more than 1 hour. I was asked to explain the code I had written during written test and asks questions based on that. I was asked about mainly C programming. Pointers, bit wise operators, logical operators, linked list, 2-d,3-d arrays, C memory layout. Then RTOS concepts like virtual memory, Threads, process, re-entrant, semaphore and mutex.
