Get HR's phone call, he found me on LinkedIn, went through phone interview, Excel, analysis question and SQL test, and two on-site interview. The employees who interviewed me was very professional include the HR, Director of analysis and my future supervisor. But the final round with VP was quite unpleasant...Asked me too much personal question which I think are unethical and unprofessional.

I applied online. Then I got a call and got several questions over the phone. After that they called me for an interview in their offices. The interview process was interesting and I liked how they treated me. The questions were ok, they tested my knowledge and asked for my experience. I guess they liked me and I got the job.
