I was contacted by the hiring manager through my LinkedIN profile about the position, which led to an initial phone interview. Through that interview, I was able to learn more about what the company does. I then had an in-person interview at the offices, where I was asked general and technical questions about my work experience and background. I was given an offer of employment 3 days after my in-person interview.
