Information about one of the interviews: The WHO Interview is a behavioral interview that evaluates a candidate's ability to live up to crucial Headway values and traits: * Headway Owner Before Functional Owner - Assesses if you are genuinely motivated to create access to affordable, quality mental healthcare as well as your ability to consider larger business needs outside of your role. * Future First - Assesses your introspection and your ability to consider long-term impact over short-term gains. Also looks at your ability and tendency to evaluate your own strengths, weaknesses, and impact. At the same time, can you self-identify when you need to change course on a project or problem for the sake of yourself or your company/community at large. * Relationship Obsessed - Looks at your ability to seek to understand, demonstrate care and build consensus with internal and external stakeholders. * Resilient Persistent - Looks at your ability to persist in an ambiguous and challenging start-up/growth stage company environment i.e. your eagerness to roll up your sleeves and take on unglamorous work when it is needed.
