Only one small surprise - prior to coming onsite, I was asked to submit a video response as to how I aligned with their core values. It was meant to be casual but it was definitely a new and slightly stressful experience for me.

1) Poor recruitment process (being a HR myself, did not like the interview process at all) 2) Communication - the HR lacks basic communication skills, despite which they want interview candidates to undergo communication test "what an irony" 3) Does not give an update on the results & no clarity in the process 4)The Recruitment Coordinator made me wait for the entire day, did not ask me if i want to eat lunch post lunch time, i had to voluntary ask
