2 stage interview process , very lacklustre average interview, all questions were non imaginative type that you get when they just don't care. Walk around the area, standard chat about cv and experience etc blah blah. No trade test or particularly taxing questions, lacklustre STAR technique. A lot of time was wasted on an unnecessary 2nd interview, which just asked the same questions as the first one. I got the impression that they just didn't care about who they got to fill the vacancy or the person themselves, no passion in the interviews at all.
