Then ,She scanned my resume so thoroughly that I had to explain each and every work experience performed in detail. But since had a work experience in an automobile industry for a year, her focus of questions where 90% related to it. She asked me about the kaizen and improvements on a shop floor assembly which I answered quite satisfactorily and she was pretty much impressed. I had carried a list of documents including reports of work-ex and protect reports other than resume which complimented the interview process. I got the offer verbally and she was very flexible for me to choose the department of my choice. Next morning, I got a formal offer from the HR. Overall. the experience was quite exciting. I was awe-struck the moment I saw Fisker Atlantic and Surf right at entrance of the plant office.
