An iron clubhead was laid on the table and I was asked to describe how I thought it was made. I knew the initial steps, but I couldn't come up with some of the finishing and decorative processes. It didn't impact the outcome, since they didn't expect me to know too much about golf club manufacturing, PING likes to hire from outside the industry so they can mold the person in the PING ways and philosophies without needed to make me unlearn stuff, in case I came from another golf equipment manufacturer.
