The interview generally was a "give and take" information sharing (Intel info and my background info). There were no surprise or complex questions. They were more concerned with my specific background, and how it could be applied to their current need. Of course, there was at least the "what's your biggest weakness" question, but that was the only question that could possibly be considered "different" - but certainly not difficult or unexpected.
