I was asked the basics about my higher Education, employment history. The interviewer was competent and kind, but thoroughly lacked knowledge about the EU, other educational systems and had a uniquely American perspective. Which is perfectly fine if you are comfortable with that state. I got the impression that the person knew I was somewhat overqualified.
