The in-person interview was a 1 hour role-playing scenario with 1 person observing and the interviewer and I standing at a white board. Primary interviewer played a potential client CTO, I played the part of the Oracle Enterprise Architect (the job for which I was interviewing). I was given a 10 page case study a couple weeks beforehand, and required to describe how Oracle products can help the CTO and his technical situations. Several questions occurred, mostly focusing on why I might suggest a technology option over another option, or how that technology works.
