Asked detailed questions about past experience. Was trying to figure whether my prior experience was in line with their needs. The interviewer was polite. Did not receive an invitation for a face to face interview. Ironically had been offered a position several years ago after face to face interview. The company even invited family to visit Wichita. But this time, just a phone interview.
