Years experience, job experience, rapport with students, teaching methodology, background, classroom ideas, education background, personality questions, etc. Pretty basic and typical interview
Do you have TESOL or TEFL certifications?
What is your ESL experience?
What is your expected salary? Will you negotiate lower (because we won't pay $20, even though we advertise up to $25 an hour)? Are you a native English speaker? (!!)
Do you have a headset and light blue tshirt?
They asked about my previous teaching experience and if I had a professional license. They asked how many years I have been teaching English as a second language and what age group of students I have experience working with.
