Another thing I found quite strange, is that they had everyone complete an application prior to their interview. One of the questions on the application asked if you owned and operated a vehicle - they even go as far as to ask the year, make, and model of your vehicle.

They basically small talk for interview questions. Its like they googled: "Most common interview questions" and thats what they ask you during it.
What is your class schedule like and how many hours will you be able to work?
They want you to explain how you fit their core values: trustworthiness, dedication, collaboration, and service excellence. And which one to you is the most important.

Worrying as they didn't t refer to my CV and the sales experience gained through previous employments... It was if they were trying to sell me the job. I'm guessing that they have a high turnover of staff.
