I don't know if it is a Malay people mindset. Although I am a Malay myself but I am different since I am a Singaporean, I notice that they are lazy and always come late to work. Can you make sure you inform HR everyday if anyone come late? I will fire them on the spot once you tell me who is late three times in a row.

Q: What was one thing that they asked you? I was looking to relocate from another state, when would I be moving this way?
Was I willing to relocate, as this was a business to "build" people to go out and run their own company. That their were many higher up people in the business to help, support and guide, but it would be my own company.
