The most difficult part for me was trying to decide which sector of the company I would fit best in, without much previous experience I wasn't sure where I should or would be placed if I got the internship. But again they were quite good at asking questions to try and lead me to that answer.
Really wasn't any unexpected or difficult questions. Was very interested in prior management experience and how I could work my way up to a management position.
Having to explain previous freelance roles seemed to be difficult when being considered for a full-time role
