The questions asked were the norm as far as interview questions go. What was the rolled you played in the previous jobs? Are you comfortable talking in front of a large crowd? Are you looking for full time or part? Would the drive be okay Mon-Fri? Ect, I was very comfortable speaking with the Hiring Manager.

"What do you want to learn from us?"
Where have you been interviewing thus far and why haven't you taken those jobs? This threw me way off, and through off the vibe for the rest of the interview. I mentioned I had interviewed with straight up sales companies (like the pyramid, cold-call type companies) and those aren't a good fit for me, and he responded with, "well you know this is sales right?" I then had to defend my point of cold-call sales vs. their companies type and it just killed the vibe really. At least I know I don't belong in sales! Companies could just straight up say it's a sales position than all these fancy terms to disguise it.
All questions were difficult to answer when you're competing with someone sitting right next to you! Its bad enough when you are one on one with the interviewer and you know you are competing with the other people waiting, but right next to someone else- give me a break. The interviewer asked if this job was something I'd be interested in and I said NO.
